Some replies to your WhatsApp messages may be generated automatically by an AI assistant to answer common questions quickly. To do this, the content of your recent messages in that conversation is sent securely to a trusted AI provider (such as Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) solely to generate a helpful reply. This content is used only to produce the response and is not used by us to build advertising profiles. A human team member can take over the conversation at any time.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, including Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), our AI provider (Google / Anthropic) for automated replies, and our website hosting provider.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect our rights.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal requirements.
